At Zudiac Smart Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect identified at installation

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery or installation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to improper usage or mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products installed by unauthorized personnel
  • Requests raised after the allowed return window

3. Replacement Policy

In case of eligible defects or damage, Zudiac will first attempt to provide a replacement of the same or equivalent model, subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when replacement is not feasible. Once approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on provider

5. Installation & Service Charges

Installation or service charges once paid are non-refundable, unless installation could not be completed due to a confirmed product defect.
